Freelance Sales Account Executive (Outside)

We are seeking an extraordinary Freelance Sales Account Executive who can identify and build relationships with clients in Vietnam, while the ability to build and manage relationships is crucial, the ability to open doors is paramount.

Whitespace Co., Ltd is an American owned design firm based in Bangkok, Thailand. Whitespace is a recognized leader in Thailand for our retail and brand designs.  This is an excellent opportunity to join our design firm that is in its early stages of expanding into Indochina.

Job Description

  • This position is the right fit for a driven, outgoing individual who thrives on setting and surpassing goals, meeting new people and, yes, making cold calls. This position is based will be based with Vietnam and reporting to your offices in Bangkok, Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales.
  • Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
  • Establish trust and build loyalty with key influencers and decision-makers to build solid relationships.
  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing company’s profile
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive firms.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Development and execution of strategic account plans for new and existing customers.
  • Prospecting Business-to-Business sales environment
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process.
  • Creating proposals and maintaining an active sales funnel
  • Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes.

 

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent course work.
  • 2 years outside sales experience in the staffing industry or service sales experience including demonstrated sales success.
  • Self-motivation and goal oriented; demonstrates a relentless tenacity with specific sales strategies identified.
  • Ability to effectively work independently without day-to-day direction.
  • Experience building sales territories as opposed to inheriting established markets.
  • Strong emphasis on communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Unsurpassed professionalism and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels of their organization as necessary.
