Main Responsibility: Ensure content is relevant, recent and published timely and accurately

Scope of Work:

I. Content Production

• Prepare new blog contents by writing original content, translating, or coordinating with experts for contribution;
• Cover copywriting of title, description and relevant content marketing on our digital properties;
• Proofread contents/copies and ensure clarity, spelling, and punctuation before they are publicly released;

II. Content Management

• Compose the contents of different type and formats on Wordpress (including adding the selected photo/graphic, assigning SEO keywords and tags, formatting header, tables, caption, links, etc.);
• Schedule blog and social media post publishing (which can be done all together through our digital tool);
• Create newsletter and schedule weekly emailer using MailChimp;
• Oversee and maintain database of all content files;

III. Content Marketing

• In charge of all social media activities from strategically creating and distributing content across platforms, responding to audiences, advocating the brand to new social networks, to analyzing performances;
• Coordinate with other online and offline media for effective content marketing/PR activities;
• Research new content ideas, marketing strategies and SEO keywords;

*Note that content will be produced both in Thai and English.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in journalism, media, or communicative art
• Experienced in editorial or marketing field as a writer/editor/contributor
• Strong written communications skills and copywriting ability in both Thai and English
• Working knowledge of Wordpress, Google Docs, Excel spreadsheet
• Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams and projects — an ace at prioritization
• Adaptable to change, problem solver with can-do attitude
• Diligent, enthusiastic self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
• A team player who brings positive energy to work
