DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Fashion Product Stylist (f/m) with great creative and coordinative skills as well as experience within fashion retail or e-commerce, based in our office in Baring Office (full-time position).

Stylists are an essential part of the team in shoots where the subject is food, fashion or other commercial products.

This position works directly with the Photographer to ensure all products are shot in an appealing and approachable manner, in accordance with style guides. Organization, creativity and efficiency are paramount. The ideal candidate is well knowledge in flatlay, tabletop and off-figure styling. 

What you will do

• Organizing and preparing products for photography

◦ Executing stylized product photo shoots based on the creative direction
◦ Creating visual shot list proposals to be reviewed and approved
◦ Prepare as needed (steam, fold, brush, lace, polish, etc.)
◦ Coordinating the day-to-day operations of product photography shoots, including working with Manager to schedule project management and tracking final deliverable
◦ Managing workflow and project management databases to track upcoming, inbound, in-progress, and completed project requests

• On-Set Styling

◦ Collaborate with photographer on-set with composition and product manipulation

◦ Able to integrate their own individual sense of aesthetics, bringing tasteful and efficient ideas to the table

• Prop Styling

◦ Ability to build believable environments for studio lifestyle photography

◦ Propping products to highlight products style/function

• Coordinate with photographer to receive RAW images for retouching
• Managing the lockup and protection of samples when not in use during shoots, and monitoring and maintaining the privacy of samples during shoot
• Analyzing trends and application to translate to the Brand

REQUIREMENTS

• Thai Nationality
• At least 3 years of experience in Fashion and Product styling;
• Outstanding knowledge of seasonal trends, detail orientation as well as great awareness of styles;
• Ability to work from initial briefs to finished results independently and reliable;
• Very coordinative with excellent writing and verbal communication skills ;
• Good command in English is a plus;
• Experience in E-commerce, Social Media and Online Marketing;
• Existing network of photography resources;
• Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers and cross-functional teams, as well as adapting well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
