Requirements:

• Thai Nationality 35-48 years old Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Mass Communication or Relate filed
• At least 10 Years. Experience in Global Advertising agency
• Be knowledgeable of branding, brand advertising/management, mass media or consumer marketing concepts.
• Ability to lead and work well under pressure in fast-paced creative environment
• Ability to develop strong creative concepts based on the brief
• Ability in pitching skill is a must
• Excellent presentation skill , project management skill, interpersonal skill and problem solving
• Excellent command of English – verbal and written

Project Management

-          Establish strategy & final responsibility

-          Provide precise guideline in establishing creative strategy and take final responsibility

-          Responsible of presenting appropriate alternative in problematic situations

-          Manage advertising plan/production process & scheduling

Client Relationships

-          Induce expectations and form trust in regards to creativity with current clients

-          Increase client's satisfaction by presenting strategy 

-          Identify client's creativity inclination

Biz Growth & Success

-          Counteract to current client's successful advertising campaign operation

-          Develop new clients and competition

-          Responsible for advertisement planning/production when developing new clients
