Events Coordinator for Beer Revolution 

Scope

Thailand’s only importer and distributor focused exclusively on boutique craft beers, is looking for a true talent to make our events shine.  This person will originate, design, coordinate and manage all our events - from high profile food and beer pairings, to renegade pop ups.    He/She will be responsible for making sure each event is carried out glitch-free, is of high production value, and is in line with our company’s vision.  He/She is professional and results-oriented, but also young, fun loving and creative.  The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and organized.

Duties

• Originating new events and supporting our team to generate events with our existing accounts
• Managing all aspects of events planning and execution; including scheduling, staffing, staging, logistics, inventory, feedback and finances
• Proposing event concepts and themes to management, including video/print and other campaigns
• Negotiating business arrangements between our company, partners and site hosts.
• Managing our events calendar
• Supervising our events with the support of the rest of our team
• Creating events budget and preparing post-event reports

Who we are

We are a small dynamic company made up of foreigners and Thais who work hard to bring great new beers to Thailand.  We import, store and distribute those beers, cold, to the top restaurants, bars and hotels in Bangkok.  In addition, we organize and host high-profile promotional events for our brands, partnering with well-known establishments/individuals to promote our beers in fun and exciting ways.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, able to thrive in a fun start-up environment and keen to grow with our young organization. In addition: 

• University graduate from an international program.  
• Thai national with native-level English proficiency.
• Strong professionalism and focus on quality, and getting things right.  (Common sense is highly attractive)
• Responsible, friendly, able to be a good ambassador for the Company
• Previous events experience is a plus.
