We are expanding the architectural design team to serve the work in the studio. The Drafter will work with our Designer, Senior Designer/Principal and Project Manager with overseeing long-term and short-term retail and other interior related projects. Whitespace Co., Ltd is an American owned design firm based in Bangkok, Thailand. Whitespace is a recognized leader in Thailand for our retail and brand designs. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team of designers and work on projects from retail to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Good knowledge in construction detail and apply to CAD drafting following CAD standard

• Taking charge of small to medium CAD tasks assigned by the CAD manager

• Deliver project in excellent CAD quality

• Work in team with designers and drafters as a CAD support

• Excellent skills in autoCad and detail drawing

• Assist CAD manager to develop drawing details, and company CAD standard

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture/ Interior design drafting.

• 0+ years experience.

• Possess CAD drafting skills.

• Advanced knowledge of finishes, materials, furnishings and standards

• Ability to work in team environment

• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

• English is a plus

• Self-motivated, detail orientated and client focused

• Ability to prioritize tasks, met deadlines and work collaboratively on multiple projects at once
