Digital UI / UX Designer

รับผิดชอบในการดูแลการสร้างสรรค์ประสบการณ์ให้กับลูกค้าผ่านทางช่องทางดิจิตอลทุกช่องทางที่ลูกค้าเข้าถึง โดยเน้นการค้นคว้าข้อมูล ศึกษาพฤติกรรมของลูกค้า เข้าใจถึงการสื่อสารไปยังกลุ่มเป้าหมาย โดยสามารถทำงานร่วมกันกับทีม Business, Engineer และ Design ได้

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• ออกแบบ UX/UI ให้กับสินค้าหรือบริการ digital ผ่านช่องทาง website / mobile app / social network email และอื่นๆ
• ศึกษาค้นคว้าความต้องการของลูกค้าและตลาด ตลอดจนทำการทดสอบ UX/UI และ Product Prototype กับลูกค้าด้วยการทำ mockup / prototype / ออกแบบ flow การใช้งาน / design และทดสอบด้วยวิธีการต่างๆ เช่น customer interview / focus group / A/B Testing และ อื่นๆ

คุณสมบัติและวิสัยทัศน์

• มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบ User Interface หรือ Information Architecture (IA) และ User Flow
• เปิดกว้างที่จะเรียนรู้และชอบความท้าทายใหม่ๆ ที่เข้ามาจากลูกค้าที่หลากหลายธุรกิจ มีกลุ่มเป้าหมายและโจทย์ของธุรกิจที่แตกต่างกัน
• มี passion ที่อยากร่วมสร้าง product ที่เปลี่ยนโลกให้ดีขึ้น ด้วยนวัตกรรมดิจิตอล มีความหลงใหลในธุรกิจ digital
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูงมาก เรียนรู้ได้เร็ว มีไหวพริบ มีกระบวนการคิดอย่างเป็นระบบ
• หากเคยมีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน Digital Agency จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

The UI / UX Designer will be responsible for performing a lead role in the research and design efforts for customers and user-facing systems and communications. You will be working with our best specialist team of strategists, designers and developers to succeed the challenging projects

Responsibilities

• Take brief and gather information to get inspiration
• Design digital interfaces for existing, new products and services including creative concept for digital campaign
• respond to market and usability testing results, using mockups, prototypes, user flows, and detailed design specification documents to define and communicate interface concepts and requirements, ensuring consistency and ease of use for users
• Plan information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural
• Update job knowledge by tracking research regarding digital product design and usability topics

Your Qualification & Attitude

• Experience in Digital User Experience / User Interface Design / Information Architecture / User Flow
• Challenge to crack and win business problems by digital solution
• Past work experience / Internships at Digital Agency / Digital Industry would be an advantage
• Passion in Digital world : read technology business news & trend: marketingoops , engadget, blognone etc.
• Intelligent strategic mind / logic thinking
• Knowledgable in website & mobile app trend and structure (responsive design , parallax website)
