Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns - including but not limiting to social media, display ads, SEM, SEO, emails, marketing database etc.
  • Design, build and maintain local social media presence
  • Check all marketing materials and make text corrections
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Carry out AB testing to drive quality online conversions
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Conduct routine digital media platform (social media and search) audits to ensure content accuracy and quality.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with Sales in their sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Editing and writing skills including the ability to devise and edit content for various digital platforms
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Knowledge of graphic software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is advantageous
  • Knowledge in Email Marketing Service Platforms like AgileCRM
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience with AdWords or AdRoll re-marketing
  • Experience in Facebook Ad Manager
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Possesses initiative and resourcefulness
  • Ability to multi-task and work in teams
  • Required languages: Thai and English
