Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build and maintain our social media presence.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Identifying target audiences and analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits and coordinate with creative team to create contents.
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media campaigns and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Set up and manage budget to reach target KPI in line with strategy and campaign goal and optimize click-thru/conversion rates.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) then provide better media performance.
Qualifications:
- *** IMPORTANT *** Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- BA or MA in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing
- At least 2 years' experience in Digital field.
- Over 2 years' experience with the knowledge of online marketing, online channels, technology trends and platforms and has the passion to work online/integrated marketing for Digital Planner.
- Can work under pressure, Conscious to response the urgency at a time.
- Strong passion of Digital communication Advertising and creative.
- Understand the workings of AdWords’ programs and search engine optimization towards promoting appropriately the profit goal of the organization.
- Have interests in technology industry, and basic knowledge of mobile phones
