Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the online digital all platform (Facebook, Instagram, LINE@, official Website)
- Plan and execute digital marketing every season breakdown by month
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook , Instagram, Line@
- Updating website for mobile or computer systems to appeal to current and future customers
- Understand the visual design and UX/UI treatments for new and existing online experiences across viewports in desktop and mobile. Work with Marketing and graphic design to design and perform strategic A/B testing.
- Works closely with external web developers, advertising, paid search and email agencies to optimize online activities to maximize online sales o Monitor SEO/SEM campaign
- Track and analyze official website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Generate monthly reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of retail industry, particularly developments in mobile marketing
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for digital marketing with marketing team
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content and promote product in all digital platform
- Collaborate and works with digital agencies and other vendor partners
- Create and maintain an online activity or promotion to boost sales
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Estimate and control the budget assigned for digital marketing
