Digital/CRM Marketing Officer
Job Description:
Digital /CRM Marketing Officer is responsible for the management of marketing, sales, and maintain our company's products/branding.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Related:
- Designing and developing digital/CRM strategies for products/services.
- Initiate marketing campaigns/activities to generate sales to reach the company's sales target.
- Interact and coordinate with the media planner, content, graphic, online sales & operation team as well as third parties suppliers including key influencers, etc. to make branding & marketing & sales campaigns come to live.
- Work with marketplace i.e. Shopee/Lazada to create campaigns and optimize product sales.
- Prepare copywriting/content for marketing materials including website, social post, packaging, etc.
- Handle all design layout, marketing and promotion launch activities
- Establish marketing/media budgets for the company to achieve sales KPI.
- Monitor customer feedback to optimize marketing/sales strategies.
Product Marketing Related:
- Identify key trends and criteria that influence customer behavior and understand customer target by online researching via FB inbox, Line, other Online Media.
- Crafting product’s communication concepts/key messages.
- Presenting and convincing product concepts/key messages to executives/partners and related parties.
- Prepare product communication materials for launching phase including website content, manual, packaging, etc.
Qualifications:
- Pleasant personality with good communications skill.
- Positive attitude, self-starter, self-motivated, customer oriented and matured.
- Professionalism with problem solving ability and good team player.
- Detailed-oriented
- Content/Copy writing Skills.
- Fluent in reading, written and spoken English.
- Have a good sense of design.
- Competence in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Advertising Agency, Publishing, Marketing related companies is preferable.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Advertising, Mass Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
