Reporting to: Creative Director

Responsibilities:

• Provide insight-driven, channel agnostic strategic creative direction to client business and brand
• Spread creative thinking and innovation throughout Isobar TH
• Deliver highly impactful and persuasive presentations that demonstrate our full service ability (where relevant) and our deep understanding of the full potential digital can offer a client’s business
• Treat the client’s business as you would your own, with a focus on achieving results – gain trust and respect from the client
• Helping client leadership teams develop existing and new business proactively
• Maintain a reputation (from clients, agency network and staff) as a passionate leader and knowledgeable digital specialist
• Build an innovative creative team, capable of working effectively with strategy and tech leads to drive digital to the next level in our industry – continually push the boundaries
• Encourage team in their ability to deliver solutions independently, providing inspiration and guidance where necessary
• Provide career direction for senior members of the team through an understanding of all creative disciplines

Requirements:

• Over 5 years experience in agency business, with a proven track record in client satisfaction and business growth
• At least 3 years experience in digital
• A university degree
• Strong leadership and motivation skills – an inspirational team leader
• Highly effective communication skills
• Commercial awareness
• Positive “can-do” attitude
