Digital Art Director / Senior Art Director / Creative Director

Responsibilities:

• Get Brief, Analyze, and Project Vision for Style of Art and Creative Works.
• Create KEY Concepts, either working alone or with Team / Subordinates.
• Implement, Guide, Supervise and Action on Approval Concepts from MD, Account Team and Clients.
• Ensuring the Professional Presentation of Concept, Be the Proposal Development Champion.
• Complete Imagination to be Tangible Creative Works, base on Business, Brief, and Digital Communications.
• Oversee the Quality Control of Creative and Design Works. Manage and Lead Team. 
• Oversee Photography/Motion Production and Brief Illustrations/Graphics/Animations Suppliers.
• Liaise with Production Team to Produce and Deliver Jobs including Source Material.
• Be involved in all Creative and Design Development Stages, from Pre-Production until Project Submission.

Qualifications:

• Any Gender. Age 28 and Above.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher. Have a Strong Digital Background with a minimum of 5 years.
• Able to Create, Manage, Delegate and Direct Subordinates
• Proven Experience as Art Director / Creative Director from Advertising/Digital agency.
• Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Animation Program Skills are Essential. Online Media and Social Tools also.
• Understanding of existing and Emerging Digital Platforms and Technology.
• Flexibility and Willingness to React Promptly to the Changing Demands and Comments.
• Good Presentation and Communication Skills, with Business Level in Thai and English Proficiency.
• Understanding of Branding, Artistic, and Taste of Design are Crucial.
• Good Attitude. Work as A Team. Hands-On Experience. Be a good Leader and Inspiring.
• Proactive. Good at Delegation. Married to Timeline, Budget, and Style.
