Creative/ Art Director

Job Function:

Lead the strong conceptual idea that align with communication strategy framework
Collaborates with account management colleagues to ensure effective campaign development and execution Develops presentations
Provide thought leadership and drive innovation
Assists with business development activities on assigned account, as well as identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities
Supervise junior levels of creative staff assigned to these accounts and manage timeline of creative staff
Gives presentations to key client contacts

The Requirements:

Male or Female with Thai Nationality only
Creative Excellence is a major contributor to making creative solutions that ignite conversations
Strong communications skills, both verbally and writing
Brilliant understanding in cross-platform , especially in innovative/ unconventional platform
Able to effectively present information, is able to engage audiences, deal with questions, exudes confidence a provide cohesive and persuasive rationale for campaign approaches.
Able to work with and sell great creative ideas to all levels in both multinational and local client organizations.
Demonstrates professional respect with all team members.
Be able to work effectively under pressure and to meet tight deadline.
