We are looking for the Coworking Space facilitator, the key person who plays a very important role in HUBBA Coworking at Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Roles & Responsibilities:

• บริหารจัดการภายในฮับบา ทำให้ผู้ที่มาใช้บริการเกิดความพึงพอใจ
• ดูแลจัดการพื้นที่ภายในฮับบาให้เกิดบรรยากาศที่ดี สะดวกสบายเอื้อต่อการทำงาน และสร้างสรรค์
• ดูแลจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและให้บริการที่รวดเร็ว
• รายงานความคืบหน้าและจัดทำรายงานสรุปการปฏิบัติงานแต่ละเดือน

• Managing HUBBA as a boutique hotel coworking space. Maximize customer satisfaction beyond expectation.
• Manage and maintain a productive and comfortable atmosphere with HUBBA coworking community
• Troubleshooting and minimize down time of all our services
• Prepare and present weekly project performance updates and monthly reports

Qualifications:

• ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
• หากจบด้านบริหารการตลาดหรือการจัดการโรงแรมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 1 ปี
• มองโลกในแง่ดี เปิดเผย กล้าลุย พูดเก่งและเป็นกันเอง
• ขยัน ไม่เกี่ยงงาน สามารถทำงานได้หลากหลาย
• ละเอียดรอบคอบและมีใจรักในการบริการ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, Business marketing, Hotel or Tourism Management graduate is a bonus
• At least 1 years working experience, preferably from service industry
• Happy Person: optimistic, extrovert, outgoing and friendly
• Flexible multi-tasker and hardworking
• Detail oriented and service-minded
• Good communication skills and command of Thai and English
• Comfortable about around computers, office software applications, gadgets, internet, general office equipment
