Position: Assistant to Director of Business Development (Program Designer)

Job Description

                Creative Entrepreneurship Development Institute (CEDI) is currently looking for a young, creative and energetic individual to work in the business development unit where he/she will work as an assistant to the director of the unit to design, create and develop training programs in the areas of entrepreneurship and family business trainings. Main tasks include:

• Data collecting, analyzing, presenting and brain storming to design training programs. Brief background research paper is expected as a result. 
• Dealing with target customers, prospective lecturers and other team staffers to create the programs. Detailed program outlines and agendas are expected.
• Developing the programs by obtaining feedbacks using evaluation process and talking to those involved with the programs. Evaluation reports and presentations are expected.  

The self-motivated assistant will have a chance to improve his/her capability and career by working closely with the director, high-profile lecturers and guest speakers whom he/she can learn from their experience and wisdom. Competitive salary is to be expected based on individual qualification and performance.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration, Economics, entrepreneurship or other business-related fields
• Aged 20-30 years old (male or female)
• Interested in entrepreneurship, family business management or business management in general
• Proficient in using MS-Office suite; especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficient in English usage; especially reading and writing
• Good interpersonal skills and team-work mentality
• Able to work under minimum supervision and time pressure
• Successful traits include: willing to learn new things, hard-working, and ready to be out of the comfort zone
• Knowledge on research methodology, background in research areas, or knowledge of the framework thinking or executive training is a plus
