• Team up on responsible for brand’s P&L, market share, brand refreshment and brand’s health.
• Develop/execute B2B and B2C business plan and marketing strategies to refresh brand awareness and driving sustainable growth of the brand and assigned products.
• Translate brand plan into detailed budget and actionable monthly plans.
• Team up on conceptualize, visualize and materialize Brand Belief into new marketable products and communication medias in  brand's B2B and B2C touch point.
• Identify targeted customers, penetration barriers, right price and product portfolio to refresh brand and new products launching.

Required Qualifications for both position:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Experience in Marketing / Brand Management, B2C and B2B on related industry; freshly graduated and freelancers are also welcomed.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong self discipline, self-motivated, excellent time-management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing, advertising funnels, and online customer journey.
• Basic finance knowledge / P&L Management
• Up-to-date knowledge on current and future social trend and interest
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
