KEY-ACCOUNT - PROJECT MANAGER

As a Key-account – Project manager @ Blue Spice, you are:

  a representative of the company

  a key person to build and promote the company’s core values

  a proactive person dedicated to bring the company to the top

 

Duties

Under the supervision of the General Manager (GM), you will:

  1. Find new business  opportunities / new clients at international level.

  Estimated time: 10%

Tasks:

  • Create 1 newsletter a month and sent it to our contact list through a specific online software (Mailchimp)
  • Keep the contact  list up to date (remove old contacts, add new contacts)
  • Following a contact’s request, add his/her details in your list of potential customers  (File's name is: Your name's leads.xls)
  • Follow-up all inquiries from potential customers you will receive, send examples of what we do and prices.
  • Contact at least twice a month all potential customers.
  • Contact once each potential customers by phone/skype (need to be confortable on phone)
  • Update this list regularly.
  • Participate to trade-shows, meetings and other international events (travels may be requested)

 

  1. Implement Blue Spice’s marketing strategy

ð  Estimated time : included in points 1 - 3 and 4

Tasks:

-          Implement Blue Spice’s marketing plan following the strategic report.

-          Assess results/achievements of this 3-year plan every year.

 

  1. Develop the domestic market in collaboration with the GM

  Estimated time: 15%

Tasks:

-          Attend networking meetings, exhibitions, professional trade-shows in order to meet companies staff and managers, get their contact details and promote the company (see Annex A)

-          Upload these contacts in the contact list and in your potential customers list

-          Follow-up with potentials customers with emails and phone calls

-          Identify the market niches in our client portfolio and find other similar companies to approach (cross market) = define potential Sales Fields

 

-          Create and update a list of Sales Fields for which Blue Spice is able to offer services and a list of services which can specifically interest each field targeted. (See annex B)

-          For each Sales fields, create and update a list of Thai companies based in Bangkok, with contact details (website, phone, address, name of resource persons)

-          Provide these list to the GM

-          Follow-up with the GM to evaluate the relevance of the lists of companies, the services offered, the sales fields targeted.

-          Determine other potential sales fields / adjust the sales strategy.

 

  1. Promote and create communication tools for your customers and for the company itself (strong English skills requested)

  Estimated time: included in points 1-2-3 and 5-6.

For example:

-          SEO (Search Engine Optimization) by posting on blogs articles

-          Facebook pages, or other social networks pages

-          Content (wording/slogans) for presentations, flyers, posters, catalogues.

-          Taglines, company names search

 

  1. Take care of our English and Thai speaking clients by receiving their design requests and ideas, discussing projects with them on phone and giving these jobs to our designers (accuracy and deep attention to details requested)

ð  Estimated time: 40%

-          answering quickly and efficiently to all incoming mails and requests

-          Receive all orders and material from clients, analyze it, understand it, file it in proper place and brief the designers.

-          Review the output and require changes based on own perception, send job back to client and handle subsequent developments

-          Communicate with the GM on the pricing of specific projects

-          Keep a record of every job and follow up client’s usage rate (and company turnover) on a Daily basis

-          Contact all your active customers at least once a month and provide fresh ideas, new services, and new visuals in order to strengthen the link between them and Blue Spice.

 

  1. Project management: you will be in charge of several projects like catalogue, communication plans, etc. for our customers.

  Estimated time: 20%

-          Establish the SOW, planning and human resources needed for the given project.

-          Coordinate with designers, freelancers, suppliers  and clients to organize the project.

-          Manage the project until accomplishment.

 

  1. Help the general manager with other day-to-day tasks: purchases, phone inquiries and other relevant tasks.

  Estimated time: 15%
