> Degree and minimum 4 years experience in magazine/printing design or related field

> Creative, organized and eager for more responsibility

> Proactive, hard-working and able to manage a talented team

> Able to work flexible hours under pressure, cope with changes and meet tight deadlines

> Strong layout skills, mastery of graphic design applications Knowledge

> about web design a plus
