Job Description

We are looking for a Building Information Modeling Specialist with excellent technical, communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for the design and management of the workflows and pipelines for BIM drafting. You will take directions directly from the Studio/General Manager and take responsibility of a growing team of BIM drafters. You will be expected to follow all projects both with an artistic eye and by providing the team with full technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Design and continuously improve workflows, pipelines and content libraries.
• Implementation: Document and teach workflow and pipeline improvements to team members.
• Support: Help drafters with setups, model optimizing and final touches.
• Hands-on: Project management on a weekly basis.
• Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks through time management.

Main Requirements:

• Background: 3D modeling background with a minimum of 4 years experience.
• Competence: Firm understanding of Revit or equivalent program.
• Passion: A great passion for 3D modeling and BIM.
• Artistic skills: A superior eye for lighting, shading, color, and detail.
• Communication: Good communication skills and able to speak and write Thai and English.
• Technical leader: Skilled and experienced with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Team leader: Able to take responsibility for your team.

Additional skills:

• Point Clouds: Experience with point cloud based modeling.
• 3D Visualization: 3DS MAX, V-Ray and Photoshop.
• Multimedia:  Video, audio, photography, graphics, and desktop publishing (Adobe CS).
• Web: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WebGL and cloud based services.
