เราต้องการคุณสมบัติดังนี้

-   International college degree (MBA is plus), majoring in Architecture, Interior or  Industrial Design, Color, Textile or Surface Design.
-  At least 10 years working experiences in Design field.  Regional and global  management is preferred.
-  Sound strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.
-  Strong communication, coordination, organization and planning skills.
-  Language speaking and writing fluently both in English and Chinese.
-  Able to work throughout Asia among all cultures.
-  Advanced understanding or aptitude to learn computers for business demand and design / trend communication.

Job Responsibilities:
Internal:
-  Coordinate with Asian Local Marketing Managers to centralize all Asian ranges.
-  Coordinate Market Research as directed by Sr. VP of Global Design to conduct  design research within Asia.
-  Coordinate with international Design team, located in North America, Europe and Australia.
-  Participate in new product introduction operations and offer professional critique.
-  Prepare color specifications, targets, and directions for standard and customer Special styling activity.
-  Manage Sourced Product Development Initiatives and Outgoing Quality of Key Asian Suppliers, as directed by Director of Global Strategic Sourcing.
External:
-  Gather all related information of competitors.
-  Able to capture trends that represent Asia.
-  Develop and foster customer business relations in all potential products.
-  Act as the design ambassador for the Asian Markets by assisting in Public Relations.
