Tropical Hospitality Management (THM), a publishing company and media agency is looking to fill an Art Director role. This position is based in our headquarters located in Bangkok.

Job Descriptions:

As an Art Director, you manage staff working in art and graphic department with your creative ideas and expert execution to produce high quality products for THM and solid results for our clients.

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Actively engages the team to solve challenges and deliver results on time
• Communicate with printer and colour separator

 Candidates should meet following requirements:

• Thai nationality
• A college degree, preferably in art and design
• 3-5 years experience in professional publishing environment or design agency background
• Good command of Thai and English language
• Must have personal MacBook / MacBook Pro ready to work
• Able to work in a Macintosh environment and proficient in Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge on website generating tools is a plus
• Be able to work odd hours and under pressure
• A sound aesthetic sense and good design flair
• Meticulous with good eye for creativity and consistency
• Strong design sense, colour knowledge, and top notch typography skills
• Knowledge of printing processes (Offset, digital, CMYK, PMS)
• Superior quality of work with a diverse portfolio of both print and magazine samples
