Art Director - Digital Creative Agency

(FULL TIME) 20-40k per month

We are looking for a highly creative and driven individual to join our small creative .

Our clients range from local start-ups to global brands.

Our work ranges from design and websites to video and photo production.

Description and responsibilities

Working from a brief and generating ideas to present to the client.
Producing storyboards and concepts for video and photoshoots and design projects.
Commissioning and briefing specialists, such as artists and photographers, to work on projects.
Editing the final results for presentation to the client.
Visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots.
Working on location during shoots to ensure that projects are inline with briefs and storyboards.
You will report to the company directors.

Skills / Requirements

be highly creative
have a thorough understanding of photography, videography, typography and printing techniques
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
work well as part of a team, with a range of people
have excellent computer skills in adobe creative cloud suite
be able to work under pressure
be highly motivated and well organised
have a good eye for detail
be able to see other people's point of view and cope with criticism
be able to work within strict budgets.
