Responsibilities •

Presenting concept work internally and to external clients

• Liaising with outside design support contracted on projects

• Establishing direction for materials and finishes on projects

• Serve as primary point of contact between client and the design team

• Project scheduling

• Managing internal design budget

• Correspondences, documentation and records

• Overseeing and advising designers and drafting staff

• Construction drawing checking • Coordinating with contractors

• Making site visits, trouble shooting • Some international travel within Asia

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture or Interior design.

• 3-5 years experience. Department store / retail environment design experience is a plus

• Self-motivated, detail orientated and client focused, ability to work in a team office environment with strong leadership is essential.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, met deadlines and work collaboratively on multiple projects at once

• Good verbal communication and presentation skills in English is required

• In addition to technical excellence, candidate to have work examples that demonstrate strong design sensibility.
