Account Manager/ Digital Advertising account manager

Reporting to: Account Director/ Business Director

We are expanding our offerings for increasing demand of full digital service for brands and Account Manager (AM) is key to maintaining the relationship between the agency and the client. Being at the front-line, AM is the liaison between the client and strategic planner, creative, production, media, social and search teams to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met on every project. The key roles are to liaise closely with their clients throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. AM will need to support team to manage administrative and campaign work, ensuring that this is all completed on time and on budget.

Work scope :

  • Managing profit & lost (P&L) for the group
  • Team leading - manage team resource capacity and coaching & supporting team
  • Creating & managing a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
  • Establishing relationships with new clients, maintaining good relationships and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
  • Getting new campaign briefs from client and debrief to team
  • Delivering presentations
  • Developing action plan as a blueprint for involved parties
  • Identifying accounts whose revenue and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.
  • Acknowledge problem solving solution with team
  • Managing administrative works for each campaign including budget and call report among others
  • Managing 3rd parties such s outsourced team & freelancers
  • Response to requests
  • Attending WIP meeting with clients and internal team
  • Keep tracks for the progress and report to Account Director
  • Team performance reporting to management


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in related fields
  • At least 3 years experience in the digital industry, past experience in advertising industry is a plus
  • Good leadership qualities.
  • Strong experience in managing team
  • Strong background in digital advertising and real understanding of digital advertising opportunities.
  • Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness.
  • Strong digital strategic thinking
  • Strong deal closing and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English
  • Active personality
