Job Description

We are looking for a Visualization Specialist with excellent technical, communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for the design and management of the workflows and pipelines for Exterior and Interior Architectural Visualizations. You will take directions directly from the Studio/General Manager and take responsibility of a growing team of 3D Artists. You will be expected to follow all projects both with an artistic eye and by providing the team with full technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Design and continuously improve workflows, pipelines and content libraries.
• Implementation: Document and teach workflow and pipeline improvements to team members.
• Support: Help artists with setups, scene optimizing and final touches.
• Hands-on: Project management on a weekly basis.
• Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks through time management.

Main Requirements:

• Background: CG background with a minimum of 4 years experience with rendering.
• Competence: Firm understanding of 3DS Max (SDK/MAXScript), V-Ray, and Photoshop.
• Passion: A great passion for CG, animations, and 3D visualizations.
• Artistic skills: A superior eye for lighting, shading, color, and detail.
• Communication: Good communication skills and able to speak and write Thai and English.
• Technical leader: Skilled and experienced with troubleshooting technical issues.
• Team leader: Good communication skills and able to take responsibility for your team.

Additional skills:

• 3D CAD/BIM: Revit, Inventor or SolidWorks.
• Multimedia:  Video, audio, photography, graphics, and desktop publishing (Adobe CS).
• Web: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, WebGL and cloud based services.
