Responsibilities & Deliverables

This position has the key accountability of executing and operating on the Lotus Digital Strategy. The components include Web, e-Commerce, CRM, social media and others that may be developed over a period in time.

Skills Required

• Technical Skills

–      Strong knowledge of WordPress and current development languages (PHP, HTML5, CSS3), including good knowledge of WooCommerce, plug-ins and integration demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

–      Optional knowledge of Drupal and Jumla along withdecent knowledge of Magento preferred

–      Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Web Trends etc.) and social media metrics

• Digital marketing Skills

–      Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.

–      Search engine optimisation (SEO): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to a website by getting high-ranking placements in search results.

–      Pay per click (PPC) campaigns: sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results.

–      Mobile marketing: includes app-based, in-game, location-based and SMS marketing.

–      Affiliate marketing: Identify, initiate and implement e-Commerce projects with “Affiliates”.

–      Good language skills of English and Thai for client communications

–      Evaluate emerging digital technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
