Job Scope:

• Suggest Innovative marketing ideas and develops strategies to continue to grow market share
• Proactively identifying customer needs and business opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentation to clients and find new opportunities 
• Meet and exceed personal and team target included new sales and upselling existing key accounts
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline
• Identifying competitors/new market opportunities and suggest insight data to management team
• Coach and Train selling skill, negotiating skill, Marketing skill, and business involving to team players to generate outstanding sales growth
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with various clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of related fields
• Direct experience from entertainment, influencer marketing, modelling agency or related industry 
• Have experience at least 10 years in manager level, team management 
• Proven Track record in sales target and strong connection with marketing/brand agency/event agency 
• Good command in English
