ศิลปะของ “การวาดภาพด้วยแสง” ระดับ 1 การถ่ายภาพบุคคล

ขอเชิญพบกับเวิร์คช็อปใหม่ที่ท่านจะได้พบกับเทคนิคการถ่ายภาพว่าด้วยการเปิดรับแสงนานหรือสั้นขณะที่มีการวาดภาพด้วยแสงและการใช้แสงหลากหลายชนิดส่องไปยังวัตถุหรือฉาก ผลงานภาพถ่ายนี้จะถูกนำไปจัดแสดงในนิทรรศการรวมที่แกลเลอรี่ของสมาคมฝรั่งเศส
เวิร์คช็อปนี้จะจัดให้ผู้เข้าอบรมได้ทดลองหลากหลายเทคนิค ความน่าสนใจของภาพถ่ายจะอยู่ที่คุณภาพของการเล่นแสงที่ปรากฏ หลังจากเกริ่นนำเรื่องเทคนิค (อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ การตั้งค่าความเร็วของชัตเตอร์ การปรับระดับความขาว-ดำ เครื่องมือต่างๆ) แล้ว ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้พบกับแสงหลากหลายประเภทที่จะนำมาใช้ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานของแต่ละคน วันเสาร์ตอนเย็น ถ้าเวลาเป็นใจ ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้เรียนรู้เทคนิคต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับไฟและไพโรเทคนิคด้วย สำหรับวันอาทิตย์ ช่วงเช้า จะเป็นการวิเคราะห์ภาพที่ถ่ายไว้เมื่อวาน และการตกแต่งภาพขั้นสุดท้ายสำหรับภาพถ่ายที่ดีที่สุด (กับ Adobe Lightroom) ช่วงบ่าย จะยังคงเน้นที่การฝึกภาคปฏิบัติ

เบ็น หรือนามแฝงว่า สปีลเบ็น เป็นศิลปินอิสระ เป็นผู้กำกับคลิปและรายการทีวี ช่วงที่เป็นนักถ่ายภาพแนวทดลอง เขาเคยทำงานร่วมกับ เอเจนซี่โฆษณาและบริษัทผู้ผลิตสื่อมาแล้วมากมาย อนึ่ง นักวาดภาพด้วยแสงท่านอื่นอาจแวะมาร่วมกับกลุ่มเวิร์คช็อปหากเวลาว่างตรงกัน

Light Painting Workshop by Spielben
The Art of “Painting with Light,” Level I Portrait

This new workshop is an invitation to explore this highly-specialized photography technique, which consists of varying exposure time while drawing or illuminating a subject or scene with several sources of light. Photos thus produced will be exhibited in a group show in the Alliance française’s art gallery.
This workshop will be an opportunity for participants to experiment with several techniques, the focus being to produce unique lighting effects. Following an introduction on light painting techniques—the equipment to use, light sensitivity, white balance, tools of the trade—participants will experiment with various forms of lighting in order to stage their own scenes. And weather permiting, they will experiment with fire and pyrotechnics on Saturday night. On Sunday, the morning session will be spent analyzing photos taken the previous evening and on post-production on participants’ best shots using Adobe Lightroom. The afternoon session will also be hands-on work.

Ben, aka Spielben, is a freelance artist as well as a promo and television director. An experienced photographer, he has worked extensively for advertising agencies and in audiovisual production. Depending on their availability, other light artists will join the workshop participants.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own equipment—as long as exposure can be set manually
