A great chance to anyone who wishes to explore, develop and enhance their singing skills through vocal technique workshop. A great tool for teaching choir too especially on how to correct bad vocal habits.Open for Choir Directors, Voice Teachers, Voice Students and anyone who wish to develop their singing skills.

Workshop topics will include, posture, breathing, support, resonance and elimination of muscular tension while developing a beautiful balance of colour brilliance and depth. Suitable for all levels of singers the workshop will include group exercises as well as an accompanying booklet.

Victoria Rapanan, a native New Yorker and Filipino-American, is an International Voice Teacher and Vocal Technician. She specializes in the Old Italian School of Singing, with a Swedish influence. Ms Rapanan has taught voice for over 20 years, trained and apprenticed in New York with the renowned Vocal teacher, David Jones. Her private studio is located in the San Francisco area, and she is also an Adjunct Professor at Diablo Valley College, as well as a regular guest instructor in Bangkok and Manila. Many of her students have pursued professional careers in opera, musical theatre, teaching voice, and choral conducting, besides winning awards in competitions and performing internationally. Ms. Rapanan has served as the Vice President (Recitals) of the National Association of Teachers of Singing, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter, since 2006. A Soprano Zwischenfach, Victoria Rapanan has also been an active per- former for most of her life. Her extensive range and artistry encompass music of diverse styles - from opera, including coloratura repertoire, to musical theatre. She has performed principal roles with many opera and musical theatre companies, and has also been a featured soloist in oratorios and concerts throughout California, Italy, Bangkok and Manila
