ขอเชิญร่วมงานเปิดนิทรรศการประติมากรรม ศิลปะร่วมสมัยภายใต้ชื่อ 2nd Station  โดย ดุษฎี ฮันตระกูล , จุฑามาศ ฉายะวาณิชย์ และ ธนา หทัยวณิชสิริ

วันศุกร์ที่ 5 พฤศจิกายน 2553 เวลา 1900น.

นิทรรศการเปิดให้ชมตั้งเเต่วันที่ 5 พฤศจิกายน  – 5 ธันวาคม 2553
อังคาร - อาทิตย์, 15.00 - 22.00น.

"2nd station" คือ นิทรรศการศิลปะร่วมสมัยที่จะขอเชิญชวนให้คนดูได้เข้ามาร่วมเดินทาง ค้นหาความหมาย ในสรรพสิ่งและงานศิลปะ จาก 1st station ที่เป็นรูปลักษณ์ภายนอกของงานศิลปะ สู่ 2nd station ที่มีบางสิ่งบางอย่าง แทรกซ่อนอยู่ นิทรรศการนี้จัดโดยกลุ่มนักศึกษาปริญญาโทจากมหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากรจำนวนสิบคน ภายใต้ชื่อกลุ่ม"ชินคันเซ็น" ในนิทรรศการประกอบด้วยผลงานศิลปะร่วมสมัยสามชุดจากศิลปินสามคน ผลงานชุดเเรกของดุษฎีเป็นข้อความสติ๊กเกอร์สิบข้อความที่กระตุกต่อมคิดเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการเซ็นเซอร์ตัวเอง ในผลงานชุดที่สอง ธนานำเสนอภาพถ่ายข่าวดำที่แสดงความงามของเส้น มิติ และจังหวะของสถาปัตยกรรมในเมือง จุฑามาศให้ผลงานภาพพิมพ์โลหะร่องลึกแสดงนัยถึงสายสัมพันธ์อันลึกลับของคนและสถานที่เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปในผลงานชุดที่สาม

"2nd Station" is a contemporary art exhibition that encourages the audience to discover the potential meanings of art beyond material world, by moving from the 1st Station, the image of art object, to the 2nd Station where only the mind could reachThe exhibition organized by Shinkanzen, a group of ten graduate students from Silpakorn University, comprises three different sets of recent artwork by three artists. In the first collection, Dusadee will show his conceptual art through 10 thought-provoking sticker messages created under the concept of self-censorship. In the second set, Thana shows black-and-white photographs to unfold the ”abstract” beauty of lines, dimensions, and rhythmic compositions of urban architecture. Juthamas' Intaglio prints, in the third collection, give hints of the mysterious bond between man and place over time.
