Group Exhibition 'Facing Forward'

The Artists in the Bangkok Community group has been painting in the Bangkok community for a decade. The success of this group is largely due to its open door policy, which meant as some people left Bangkok, new ones joined.

The fluidity of membership has provided its multinational essence and culture and also constantly inspires members to travel and paint. For nine years the group painted under the name ABC (Artists at the British Club). Having moved location, the group now paints under the name 'Artists in the Bangkok Community'. The group meets every Wednesday at Bistro 33 from 10am – 1.00pm.

Group members hail from a range of nations, including Austria, Britain, Canada, Hong Kong, Kenya and the USA. Most are self taught although some members have formal training.

The Exhibition runs from 29 October to 30 November 2014
