Art Director

Roles

• Work closely with Copy Writer and Creative Director as well as cross-functionally with Account Management and Strategic Planning Team  
• Develop art direction and executions of assigned communication works  
• Understand and interpret communication strategy/communication brief to develop creative ideas
• Gather all necessary creative researches and develop creative framework to create creative ideas that can be executed in selected media in holistic communication plan.
• Ensure effectiveness of creative ideas against communication objectives and maximise efficiency of ideas on the holistic execution
• Oversees the production of creative ideas to be executed according to art direction and liaising with film directors, photographers, typographers, designers and other related production team 
• Develop and deliver creative presentations as well as creative pitching

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Arts,  Fine Arts or related fields
• 2+ years experiences in creative roles in advertising agency 
• 23 – 32 year.
• Posses strong interpersonal and creative presentation skills
• Have a good understanding of media mechanism in both Online and Offline
• Being concise with creative presentation yet thorough with details of creative thinking 
• Have a strong passion in of Brand and Marketing Communication, Advertising and Design
• Understand rationale to think creatively
• Highly disciplined in creative operation and be able to manage working pressure
