Digital Design Group Head 

 Details

 We’re looking for passionate Senior Digital Designer to lead a design team to exploit the creative potentials and unleash the design ability in creating world-class web experiences, including sites, landing pages, banners, web design elements, and general digital design. We value creativity, professionalism and top quality work. Our environment is casual and energetic.

What we’re looking for:

• A team leader who can conceptualize core ideas and transform them into design execution.
• Providing design leadership and taking overall accountability for a successful design on all projects.
• Overseeing subordinate web designers to ensure that design solutions are properly executed, and reviews all designs for quality assurance
• Always on the look out for ways to enhance the experience through design
• Deliver the design themes and concepts clearly and concisely
• Best in both single player and multiple players mode

 Qualification:

• 4+ years experience in responsive web design
• Expert level of Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design tools

• Excellent communication skills

• Solid understanding of responsive web design, usability and information design including site map and wireframe
• Good fundamentals in HTML and CSS 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Web/Multimedia/Communication Design or other related field

• เป็นผู้นำในการออกแบบ และรับดูแลความเรียบร้อยของงานจนจบในทุกโปรเจ็ค
• กำกับดูแล ช่วยเหลือ และให้คำปรึกษากับรุ่นน้องใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อผลงานออกแบบที่มีคุณภาพ
• เปิดรับ และหาความรู้ทางด้านเทคนิคและเทรนด์การออกแบบใหม่ๆ เพื่อนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในงานให้ตอบโจทย์และความต้องการ
• สามารถนำเสนอความคิดและคอนเซ็ปในการออกแบบได้อย่างตรงประเด็น
• มีพื้นฐานความรู้ใน HTML, CSS และวิธีการทำงานของเว็บไซต์
• คล่องแคล่วในการพัฒนาแผนผังการทำงานของเว็บไซด์ (site map & wireframe)
• ประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ด้านการออกแบบ responsive website
• ทำงานเดี่ยว หรือเป็นทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
