จะว่าไปในกรุงเทพฯ หรือต่างแม้กระทั่งต่างจังหวัด เราก็เห็นร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นเปิดมากอยู่เอาการ บางร้านก็ทำรสชาติได้แบบบ้านๆ ไม่ได้ให้ความหมายทางลบนะ แต่หมายถึงบ้านๆ อย่างที่ประชากรชาวญี่ปุ่นเขาทำทานกันเอง แล้วถ้าเราอยากทานอาหารญี่ปุ่นต้นตำรับที่ได้รสชาติใกล้เคียง (ไม่กล้าบอกว่าเหมือนเพราะของอย่างนี้อยู่ที่ฝีมือ) คงต้องลองพึ่งตำราอาหารญี่ปุ่นเล่มนี้

I've visited Ehime Prefecture, 1,000 km from Tokyo, to re-confirm all materials used in the next Yum Yam SOUL SOUP KITCHEN event.
It's summer now in Japan. I selected seasonal juicy eggplants and oranges for the main choice.
