Cornelis Hoek from the Netherlands is a renowned international visual artist and concert soloist.
His career has included as organizing concerts and art exhibitions and managing the tours for famous companies like the Bolshoi Ballet, the National Ballet of China, the Kirov Ballet, he worked as Theater Impresario in Amsterdam and created the great Chinashows for more then 10 years. In 2002 he moved to Chiang Rai and found his new obsession: photocuts printed on paper.
Cornelis Hoek finds paper everywhere; newspapers, magazines, postcards. Spending endless hours making painstaking cuttings, he transforms mundane materials into a new world of fantastic patterns. The result is complex, multi-layered, unique artwork that invites you to travel with him through his amazing "PaperPhoto Land", which he names "CORNELAGES".

คอร์เนลลิส ฮุค (Cornelis Hoek) จากประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ มีชื่อเสียงในระดับนานาชาติ ทางด้านศิลปะและการแสดงสด โดยงานที่ผ่านมามีทั้งการจัดแสดงคอนสิร์ต งานแสดงศิลปะ และจัดแสดงทัวร์ให้กับกลุ่มที่มีชื่อเสียงมากมาย อาทิเช่น โบลชอย บัลเล่ต์ (Bolshoi Ballet) คณะบัลเล่ต์แห่งประเทศจีน (the National Ballet of China) เดอะ คิรอฟ บัลเล่ต์(the Kirov Ballet)
ในปี ๒๕๔๕ เขาได้เริ่มโครงการใหม่ ศิลปะจากภาพพิมพ์กระดาษ ที่จ.เชียงราย เขาใช้กระดาษใช้กระดาษจากทุกแหล่งไม่ว่าจะเป็น หนังสือพิมพ์ นิตยสาร โปสการ์ด หรือบรรจุภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ใช้เวลาและความอดทนอยาสงสูงในการตัดและแปลงสิ่งธรรมดาให้กลายเป็นความมหัศจรรย์ เป็นผลศิลปะงานที่ซับซ้อน มีความลึก และเป็นหนึ่งเดียว ซึ่งเชิญชวนคุณเข้าไปสัมผัสในโลกมหัศจรรย์ของกระดาษ ซึ่งเขาให้ชื่อว่า คอร์เนลเลจส์(CORNELAGES)
มูมู อาร์ตเฮาส์ ภูมิใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ติดตามผลงานแห่งความสำเร็จของเขาจาก ศูนย์ศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมแม่ฟ้าหลวง จ.เชียงราย ซึ่งจัดแสดงทุกวัน เวลา ๑๒.๐๐น. ถึง ๑๘.๐๐น.
