DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nWTF Gallery and Phuket 346 are pleased to announce a
 n exhibition of graphic and installation art by Nut Saenchuen. The exh
 ibition is comprised of 16 works, depicting a series of observations, 
 symbols and visual distillations of everyday, contemporary Thai societ
 y—dealing with everything from law & order, politics, speeding tuk-t
 uks, to fast food, and national identity. In this exhibition, Nut prov
 ides us with a series of black & white prints, photographs and objects
 , which illustrate everyday life, periodic encounters, and at times, d
 ifficult and sensitive situations. The visuals’ simplicity leads one
  instantly to the very issue at hand, invites immediate discussion abo
 ut society’s behaviour and actions, and automatically engages one’
 s moral compass, perceptions, values, and beliefs\n\nNut Saenchuen is 
 a recent graduate from School of Fine and Applied Arts, major in Commu
 nication Design from Bangkok University. His thesis was accepted for t
 he Degree Show Project organized by art4d magazine. As a young and soc
 ially conscientious graphic designer, he was invited to be one of the 
 speakers of Pecha Kucha in 2009.\n\nThe exhibition is shown at WTF Caf
 é & Gallery, Sukhumvit Soi 51, Bangkok from the 9th December 2010 til
 l 5th January 2011.\n\nThursday 13 January 2011, 6pm @ Phuket 346\nThe
  show moves to Phuket 346 at Soi Romanee, old Phuket Town, from 13 Jan
