Lichaikul’s development began from his unravelling of storytelling method in Thai mural paintings, with an emphasis on how the world and the order of time are perceived and comprehended in two dimensions. Now his works has been further dev eloped and expanded as representations of today’s society.\nIn his e ffort to explore meanings behind areas of politics, economics, religio ns and living, especially the critical approach towards area managemen t, many of his works display the proportion of nature, politics and hu man living through his unique skill of drawing and improvisation techn ique. Although these landscapes are imaginary, they depict the chaotic world based on reality.
