 . The ceremony will be presided over by Mrs Christine Schraner Burgene
 r, the Ambassador of Switzerland to Thailand.Rita Hadorn, born in Swit
 zerland in 1951. Rita began developing her talent in painting many ye
 ars ago. Her business career allowed her little time to cultivate her 
 passion for creating art. Studies at the New Art School in Zurich and 
 teaching by several senior Artists in Switzerland and Singapore, nurtu
 red further her skills in several painting techniques including brush 
 painting and pottery. Inspired by th emultitude of cultures and impres
 sions in the Far East, Rita began to develop different and unique styl
 es.She lives in Bangkok since 1991 where Thailand is for her an inspir
 ation as such. Over the past 20 years, the artist exhibited her work i
 n galleries and other places mainly in Switzerland, Singapore and Thai
