Broadband technology allows us to communicate with people from the other side of the world in real time which had never happened before. Somehow, I personally l ike the old traditional communication ways. Something like postcard or letter which don’t have to be received in a flash. Postcard is a ev idence to proof where we were when we sent from it an actual place, wh erever we were on the earth. Postcard also takes time to travel and ha s a limited space for a few sentences of handwriting. That makes us to think carefully before writing in order to put every messages and emo tions in a tiny space. About this photography exhibition, I was inspir ed by hand colouring of photograph technique, which were most popular from the mid to late 19th century. I tried to adapt techniques and con cepts behind the method with nowadays postproduction process by painti ng my black & white photographs, which were taken when I travelled to many places in Thailand on Photoshop.
