 3th – April 6th 2015\n\nArtist Statement\nStarting in early 1980’s
  I had a goal to shoot one roll of black and white film every day,\nso
 metimes I succeeded, often not.\n\nAfter 20 years I had a collection o
 f thousands of rolls of film and for each roll a contact\nsheet was cr
 eated, these contact sheets represented my photographic life, it was m
 y diary.\n\nFor this installation I wanted to recreate that feeling of
  being in the darkroom looking\nover contact sheets.\n\nBy scanning se
 lected contact sheets and selecting certain images and then creating t
 hese three\nblown up contact sheets I am presenting a photographic dia
 ry of my life in New York’s downtown from\nearly 1980’s until late
  1990’s.\nWe were in love with the city and with the feeling that an
 ything is possible and anything goes. This is my\nlove story and tribu
