It is her sec ond solo exhibition after years of teaching and creating new works. In the field of still life and landscape photography, her name is among one of the first being mentioned since her works bring the audience ba ck to the pivotalperiod when image recording through camera stepped in to the world of visual art. During the time, photographic concepts and aesthetics were integrated into high art, leading to the invention of Pictorialism in the late 19th century and developing into various gen res of photography today.\nFor over 20 years Jittima Sa-ngeamsunthron has worked along the path of photography, where the whole world is cre ated from light and shadow with the help of knowledge from science and chemistry. Her works present the period of transformation, as digital system, computer programs, and advanced printing technology replaced the use of films and the craft of the darkroom.
