 \" Klong, a small waterway that has been a part of Thai lives for many
  decades. It was the birthplace and origin of the Thai way of life, th
 e communication port,\nthe food source, the protector from enemy invas
 ion and a brewing ground for\nculture and traditions alike. As time go
 es by, our lifestyle changes according\nto season and modern developme
 nt. From living facing Klongs, our backs\nare now turned against it, t
 aking it for granted. As they slowly disappear from\nour daily routine
 , they too, get polluted and replaced by tarmac roads.\nI grew up arou
 nd Klongs and much like myself, there was a point in my life where\nI 
 too left it. But in the end, the gentle and peaceful canal lead me bac
 k and\nultimately became my inspiration for this series of work.\nMy o
 nly hope is to be able to bring back colourful yesteryears memory\nof 
 life by the water, not only on canvas but back into the\nThai way of l
