By Amarin Buppasiri On April 30 – May 31, 2015 At ARDEL Gallery of
Modern Art (Boromratchonnee Rd.)\nThe Home Appliances art exhibition b
y Amarin Buppasiri presents images of lonely children through the appe
arance of household appliances. When the existence of children in a ho
use has been forgotten, their fragile spirits were replaced by househo
ld appliances such as table, chair, wardrobe, bed, lamp, pot, plate, c
lothes, etc. to symbolize a victim of negligence and unimportance. The
modern society has played an important part to push children and teen
agers away into the emptiness, nurturing them with attitudes, lifestyl
e of the modern day and value unlike others, and leading them towards
loneliness and lack of essence in life.\n\n\nFor more information visi
