 oto exhibition “Hanoi and its inhabitants, contemporary view” by F
 rench photographer Nicolas Cornet from April 28 to May 15, 2011 (close
 d on Monday) at Alliance Francaise’s media library. Admission is fre
 e of charge.\n \nFor the past 24 years, Nicolas Cornet has been aimin
 g his viewfinder at the Vietnamese capital, its inhabitants and the wa
 y they have evolved.\n \nHis chromatic and considered vision plunges 
 us into peoples’ daily lives, to places that are quintessentially Ha
 noi along with the new urban spaces of a changing city. A Hanoi opens 
 to the heat of tropical winds and releasing its very being into the mo
