DESCRIPTION:Alliance Francaise de Bangkok is proud to present the wond
 erful educational photo exhibition “Energy, what are the choices for
  tomorrow?” by French photographer and film director Yann Arthus-Ber
 trand to be displayed from April 10 until May 13 (closed on Monday) at
  Alliance francaise’s media library. The exhibition is free and open
  to the public.\nThe “Energy, what are the choices for tomorrow?” 
 exhibition presents various energy sources ranging from fossil fuel to
  nuclear energy, highlighting the economic, technical and ecological c
 hallenges of the various renewable energy choices. Now designed to rea
 ch an audience beyond its initial school-student target, this exhibiti
 on will mark Earth Day.\nOrganized by the GoodPlanet Foundation whose 
 president Yann Arthus-Bertrand has served as goodwill ambassador of th
 e UN Environment Programme, the “Sustainable development, why?” pr
 oject includes five exhibitions: “Sustainable Development” in 2006
 , “Biodiversity” in 2007, “Energy” in 2008, “Water” in 200
 9 and “The forest, a living community” in 2010. These 5 themes are
  the challenges that people now face and which will be crucial for fut
 ure generations. The goal of the foundation’s project was at first t
 o provide schools and high schools with a set of about 20 thematic pos
 ters, each one consisting of a photo with educational information.\nFo
