  some renovations on the space), the exhibition seeks to break in our 
 new unit in the mounting of gallery shows and art activities. 20B Mosq
 ue Street is a comfortable, spacious shophouse space on the third leve
 l, which is our third premises within Chinatown in our eleven years of
  existence, and the exhibition seeks to acclimatize the locality to th
 e display and viewing of contemporary art.\nBesides helping to break i
 n our new exhibition hall, Boo Sze Yang breaks in new ways of perceivi
 ng shopping malls as the cathedrals of our time. Jacqueline Ng breaks 
 into our roster of artists with abstracted works distinct from her usu
 al figurative forms. The canvases of TR853-1 are already broken, and s
 eek to break our understanding of paintings as a two-dimensional art f
 orm. Yeo Siak Goon, Lu Yi Fei, Oh Chai Hoo and Chua Chon Hee break in 
 the new year with new work specifically for our inaugural show. Let th
