DESCRIPTION:Asano Yuko Exhibition.\n When Asano first visited Thailand
 , which was 9 years ago, she was excited about the bright colours, str
 ong sunshine, slow flow of time, energetic people, living plants and o
 ld buildings.\nThen she saw The big tree at Siam. It was shining in th
 e strong sunshine and the shadow was shown on the ground. Light was mo
 ved with sound and it seemed like there was a spirit. She felt as if t
 ime had stopped, a feeling she never recognized in Japan. She immediat
 ely wanted to start drawing the tree.\n She was also inspired by the n
 ight of Thailand, waking up in the hot and sleepless night, with darkn
 ess all around her and the wind that had stopped, she imagined, an unk
 nown creature continues division of cells, growing proliferous and the
  start of the strange but funny party. There are a lot of things that 
 inspire Asano in Thailand and that want her to draw more and more.\n T
 his exhibition shows a part of her work. She has had previous exhibiti
 ons in Japan and Europe.\n Asano studied etching at The Art Academy in
  Japan: at Print Studio, Tokyo. After that she attended Sirapakorn Uni
 versity, for 1 year as a special student.\n She is currently working a
 t Kobato Kindergarden, Voice Hobby Club and American School of Bangkok
  as an Art- and Childcare Teacher. She wants to show the children the
