DESCRIPTION:In “Better Days”, Ephameron (Antwerp, Belgium) present
 s her recent works in Bangkok for the first time. As an illustrator an
 d artist, she travels the world to curate shows, exhibit and teach. Fo
 r the practice-based PhD in the Arts she is currently undertaking, she
  creates graphic narratives on different facets of motherhood. By look
 ing for multiple voices and interweaving her own stories with experien
 ces of others, Ephameron moves away from autobiography into fiction. T
 he series “This is My Life” for example, uses her young son’s fi
 rst selfies as a starting point to reframe these images into new water
 colour compositions that study key visual elements like depth, whitesp
 ace and contrast.\r\nDuring her art residency at print collective and 
 gallery Humble Projects, Ephameron researches local spaces and tries t
 o unveil traces from their past. By observing residents and structures
  in the neighbourhood and documenting the daily variations of life, sh
 e will create a series of images that will be printed on Humble Projec
