To be on displayed will be art pieces produced by 50 artists who received awards in the secon d decade as well as new pieces selected by the artists to share their work as well as communicate the change as a result of a different era. \n\nThe Annual Bualuang Paintings Competition has been initiated since 1974 onwards with the strong commitment to promote Thai arts and cult ure and to encourage artists to create valuable art pieces. Winners of those past contests are now highly recognized as top Thai artists who created valuable artworks according to their personal unique skill an d style.\n\nOn view will be over 200 of art pieces selected from the s econd Decade of Bualuang Paintings Competition (1987 – 1996) by prom inent artists, namely Chadchai Puipia, Prasong Luemueng, Jintana Piems iri, Santi Thongsuk, Pornchai Jaimah, Sakrin Krue-on and etc. These ar tworks reflect each artist’s initial thinking and philosophy of crea tivity developed over the years that lead to the understanding of thei r current works.\n\nThe 2nd Decade of Bualuang Painting Exhibition run s from 12 February – 30 March 2010 at The Queen’s Gallery, Rajdamn oen Klang Avenue, Pan Fah Bridge.
